Westminster Neighborhood Services is thrilled to welcome Beth Riedman Miller as its Interim Executive Director. With two decades of experience in education, youth development, and nonprofit leadership, Beth brings deep expertise and a strong passion for empowering communities to her role at Westminster.

A proud graduate of Purdue University, Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and a Master of Science in Education, with a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction and Career & Technical Education. She has spent her career leading statewide youth initiatives, creating innovative training programs for educators, and supporting mission-driven organizations through systems-focused leadership and strategy.

Beth is no stranger to the Indianapolis community. For more than seven years, she has served on boards and committees dedicated to neighborhood development and advancing diversity and inclusion. Most recently, she founded The Cause Conduit, a nonprofit consulting firm, and co-founded GrowthWise Solutions, where she helped transform child care systems through collaborative, community-based approaches.

Now, as she steps into her role at Westminster, Beth is eager to bring her strategic vision and deep love for community to help build a stronger, more connected Near Eastside. With a heart for service and a mind for innovation, she is ready to lead Westminster into its next chapter—one rooted in impact, collaboration, and opportunity for all.
