Friends, supporters, and neighbors:

After much reflection and with a full heart, I’m writing to share that I will be stepping down as Executive Director of Westminster Neighborhood Services. My last day with the organization will be Thursday, April 10.
This decision was not made lightly. It has been an incredible honor to serve this organization and the community over the past 13 years. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such passionate, talented, and dedicated individuals. Together, we have accomplished so much—whether it’s expanding our programs, forging new partnerships, or making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. These experiences and memories will stay with me for years to come.
To our board members, thank you for your steadfast leadership and belief in our vision. Your guidance has helped shape the organization’s path forward in profound ways.
To our staff, I am endlessly inspired by your compassion, creativity, and tireless dedication. You are the heartbeat of this organization.
To our volunteers, thank you for showing up—again and again—with generous hearts and open hands. You bring warmth, energy, and connection to everything we do.
To our donors, thank you for investing in the potential of our neighbors and the promise of our mission. Your support makes transformation possible.
And to our community partners, your collaboration has amplified our impact and reminded us that meaningful change is always rooted in working together.
As I turn toward new opportunities and challenges, I carry with me the countless stories, smiles, and milestones that have defined this journey. I have every confidence that Westminster Neighborhood Services will continue to thrive and grow, and I look forward to seeing all the great things that will come from the work we’ve built together.
I want to thank each of you for your support, collaboration, and commitment to our mission. The work you do is vital, and I am proud to have been a part of this amazing team. I will certainly miss the relationships I’ve formed here, and I’m excited to see the future unfold for all of you and for the organization.
Please know that I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition. If you have any questions or just want to stay in touch, I would love to hear from you. To support a smooth transition, our Board Chair, Emily Nelson, is leading the next steps in identifying new leadership. If you have any questions or would like to share your thoughts, please feel free to reach out to her.
Thank you once again for the privilege of working with you. I wish all of you, and Westminster Neighborhood Services, nothing but success in the future.
