As we step into 2025, the Westminster Neighborhood Services team is reflecting on where we’ve been and where we’re headed. Each staff member has chosen a single word that represents their personal vision, the strength of our community, and the direction of our work in 2025.

These words serve as reflections of our purpose, aspirations, and the evolving needs of our community. By sharing them, we’re inviting you to join us on this journey—one that centers on mutual understanding, resilience, and hope.

What's your word for 2025?

Really enjoyed this piece—it’s simple but powerful to see how a single word can reflect such meaningful goals for the year ahead. In my free time, I’ve been trying to unwind a bit more, and oddly enough games like Rocket Goal help me relax while still feeling focused. It’s a fun little escape that keeps things light after reading something thoughtful like this.
