Each year a generous donor pledges to match all donations, up to $10,000 in the month of August. Historically the third quarter is rough for nonprofits. Giving is down for most. For Westminster, we're coming out of summer camp with the kids, and going right into Christmas Baskets and end of year. All of which are costly.

Our annual match challenge was born out of a need with third quarter giving being a point of pain for the organization. The match challenge is a fun way to raise money to help continue keeping our food pantry shelves stocked, provide a fun, safe, and educational place for our students.
